A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes his two friends on Halloween and anyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli retired from the role and acting. At the hearing, he began playing his beheaded victim to taste his blood, but then added salt to make it taste better.

In the shots where Tara is taped shut, it is clear that in some earlier shots the tape is not touching the bottom of her mouth, while in other shots it is firmly around both lips. As long as Tara and Dawn aren’t kidnapped, the movie works pretty well
Overrated "Terror" a horror film with a promising and funny opening, the alcoholic Dawn acts stupid and the clown embraces stupidity. However, when Victoria goes to pick up her sister and Dawn, she hears that a serial killer is nearby. But even aware of the dangerous situation, he begins to adopt a series of very stupid and clichéd attitudes that lead to a terrible conclusion.
