Disregarding his training and ethics, he finds himself making a huge difference in people’s lives – including his own.. The cast of "Shrinking" share the biggest defining moments of their characters in Season 1 and reveal who did the best impression of Harrison Ford.. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford to be on the show, Siegel said, that Goldstein originally wanted a "Harrison Ford type" and he would audition people like Ford.

Segel told Goldstein that they should bring it to Ford first, figuring he would turn it down immediately, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had brought the project, generating interest from other notable actors. Harrison Ford plays Dr
Two episodes in now and this show shows a lot of promise, the chemistry between the characters is infectious and even weird at times… heartwarming in ways that most shows aren’t, only reminding the show’s community of those elements. I’m not sure if this accurately shows the therapist’s way of dealing with issues, but it certainly gives Jason Segel a chance to think in his own way.
Rhodes, something of a boss and mentor to Jason
I wasn’t sure how his character would work on this show, but Rhodes’ antisocial nature certainly plays into the personality Ford comes across quite well when we think of the scarier elements of his character Han Solo in Star Wars, just fits like a glove in this show. Somehow too close, Sean (Luke Tenney) somewhat plays the role of son to Jimmy (Segel) as he deals with his own family issues with his daughter Alice (Lucita Maxwell)… What I see here feels so bright and the possibilities are perhaps (?) endless as I see Jimmy navigating these things. Btw, the intro theme of this show is so good, I didn’t even miss it when I watched the 2nd episode…
And the music in this show is so good
All in all this is turning out to be a wonderful show and I hope it only gets better from here on out.
