(March 22, 1935 – March 19, 2024)
Narrative
Two criminal twin brothers, one of whom is trying to reform, set off on a dangerous robbery expedition. Faced with legal troubles, shootings, and family drama, they must reconcile their differences before their mission leads to self-destruction. The last film appearance of actor M. Emmet Walsh (Judge Farful).
Not funny at all
He acted quite well, but something went terribly wrong in the writing, direction, and editing. Not a single likable character. No chemistry beyond the animosity between the characters. Not just the heart!
The characters make stupid decisions and apparently the creators do too
The bones are good and there is potential, but they are just undercooked. I can even see where everything should be funny, but the opportunities are constantly missed. There is simply no excuse for pure gold being so bad! My whole family thought it looked good, but none of us liked it.
We got bored
We hoped it would be better, but unfortunately it didn’t work out. It’s a bit like a bad 90s comedy, but even then it would be forgettable. It’s sad.. The final season of “What We Do” remains in the shadows” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres of the month.
