Narrative
The film follows a small boy who is separated from his father during World War II. The boy discovers the island of Sodor, where he meets Thomas the Engine and sets out to find his father. This will be the second feature film (after “Thomas and the Magic Railroad” in 2000) and will be released in 2010. Due to various production issues, the film was constantly delayed until it was eventually canceled in 2015, meaning HIT Entertainment went bankrupt and sold his properties to Mattel.
